A Blended Approach
Salla Raine blends nature therapy, breathwork, and massage to offer deep reconnection to wellbeing. With over 10 years of experience in health and wellbeing, and ongoing studies in Ayurvedic Energy Massage, she has a unique ability to hear the body’s messages to support energy flow and alignment, offering deep grounding in each session.

Salla is trained in Holistic, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Indian Head Massage, along with various yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. Her approach draws on meridian teachings and deep meditative listening, using breathwork to release tension and create balance.

Salla has worked with many individuals experiencing life-changing health challenges, such as MND, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and more. Her sessions for this care always combine breathwork, massage and energy balancing, helping individuals reconnect to their vitality.

She also supports end-of-life care, viewing it as an honour and privilege to support people in their final weeks, restoring peace and connection as they prepare for their transition.

Her Nordic heritage informs her deep connection to the natural world, allowing her to create spaces that harness the restorative elements of nature—air, earth, water, and fire—for profound relaxation and balancing. This work is her favourite, as it aligns with who she is naturally—someone who can listen beyond the physical, into the ethereal, connecting her clients on a profound level.
