    I offer a holistic approach that combines nature therapy, breathwork, and various massage techniques, including Holistic, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Indian Head Massage. Upon arrival, you can choose between a session focused on massage and energy balancing, or a session that includes Mediumship (referred to as Deep Listening). This is the main reason many people come to a session, as I can listen to the deep messages of the body, often uncovering clues and information related to current life experiences or unanswered questions. Many clients visit seeking clarity, as I tune into the energetic field to offer insights and support for balance. I respect all religions and belief systems because I work with energy, not any specific doctrine.   • What type of massage should I choose?
    There are many types of massage, each with different benefits. If you are looking to relax and de-stress, the Relaxation Massage is ideal. If you're dealing with muscle tension or injury, a Deep Tissue or Rejuvenation Stretch Massage may be better. I can help guide you to the right choice during our consultation.   • What should I expect during my first massage session?
    During your first session, we’ll begin with a brief consultation to discuss your health history, any areas of discomfort, and your goals for the session. This helps me tailor the treatment to your unique needs. Afterward, you’ll have a few moments to settle in and relax before we start the massage.
  • How should I prepare for my appointment?
    Wear comfortable clothing and make sure to hydrate well before your session. Avoid a lot of caffeine, or alcohol beforehand. You don’t need to bring anything special—just an open mind and readiness to relax.
  • Do I have to remove all of my clothing during the massage?
    Your comfort is paramount. You can undress to your level of comfort— I always suggest keeping underwear on, as this helps me to keep you well covered and warm throughout the treatment. You will always be draped appropriately, with only the area being worked on exposed.
  • Are your services suitable for people with chronic health conditions?
    Massage can benefit many chronic health conditions, but it’s essential to discuss your health history in detail beforehand. I’ll work with you to adapt techniques to ensure your safety and comfort. If needed, I may ask for clearance from your doctor.
  • Is massage therapy safe during pregnancy?
    Yes, massage therapy can be very beneficial during pregnancy, especially for relieving aches and pains. However, I am not pregnancy massage trained. If you are trying to conceive, or maybe pregnant, please look for a trained massage therapist, in prenatal massage, that can support you during this wonderful time.
  • How soon will I notice the benefits of massage?
    Many people feel immediate relief after a session, especially in terms of relaxation and stress reduction. For chronic pain or tension, it may take a few sessions to notice significant improvements.
  • How will I feel after the massage?
    After a massage, many people feel deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, and more at ease in their body. You may also experience some mild soreness if you've booked a Deep Tissue Massage, especially if the massage was focused on areas of tension. Drinking plenty of water after the session can help ease any soreness.
  • What should I do after the massage?
    To get the most out of your session, it’s important to stay hydrated and allow your body time to rest. If you’ve had a deep tissue massage or worked on areas with chronic tension, you may feel some soreness, which is normal. Gentle stretching and light activity are encouraged.
  • How often should I have a session?
    The frequency of sessions depends on your personal needs and goals. Some people benefit from a session every month as part of their self-care, while others may find that occasional sessions are sufficient. It’s best to trust your intuition and seek a session when you feel drawn to it.
  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
    Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a fee.

  • Do I have to receive Deep Listening during a Massage Therapy session?
    No, you absolutely do not have to receive Deep Listening during a Massage Therapy session. Your comfort and consent are the top priority. I respect all belief systems and honour your boundaries, so it’s entirely up to you if you wish for me to include any intuitive messages or not. If you prefer to focus solely on physical and energetic massage, without any messages or insights, that’s completely fine. Please feel free to express your preferences before or during the session—your experience is always tailored to support you in the way that feels best.
  • How do you create a safe and considered space for a Deep Listening session?
    I begin each session by setting a clear intention to work only within the frequency of love. This helps establish a boundary for what energies are welcome in our space. I then “close the container” around us energetically, ensuring that we’re working in a safe, sacred environment. This process invites in only the highest support and keeps the space clear and protected.
  • What does it mean to “close the container” during a session?
    Closing the container is an energetic practice that defines the boundaries of our space, ensuring that only energies of love, compassion, and guidance are present. It’s like setting up an invisible protective circle around us. This creates a safe environment where the intention is to receive messages and healing that are aligned with your highest good. At the end of the session, I intentionally close the container to signify the end of our work and to release any energies that were present.
  • Do you need specific information to connect with my energy or spirit?
    No, I don’t need any prior information. However, if this is something you feel is supportive, I do like to ask for your consent, as I strongly believe in boundaries. I work with energy, intention, and the Earth’s elements to connect to your unique essence and the guidance meant for you.
